[00:00:01] Hello, everybody. Welcome to the JB and I Show. [00:00:04] I am your host, Isaac the Fire Hawk Middleton. [00:00:15] And today we're going to be talking about a few different topics like fitness, summertime, and traveling. [00:00:23] But first, if you're celebrating a birthday today, this month or this week, happy birthday. [00:00:37] Happy birthday to you. [00:00:41] Happy birthday to you. [00:00:45] Happy birthday, Happy birthday to you. And many more, Many, many, many more birthdays, okay? [00:00:59] And if you're celebrating an anniversary this month, this week or today, happy anniversary, Happy anniversary to you. And of course, many, many, many more, anniversary is. All right, all right, all right. We're here at the summertime or in the summertime or near the summertime or the summertime season. [00:01:31] Yeah. [00:01:34] And those who are on vacation might be traveling around the US or traveling around the world, you know, and if you are, be safe out there, all right? [00:01:50] Be safe out there. [00:01:52] Do your research, do your due diligence, you know, saying, understand the weather changes, okay? Because you might go somewhere from hot to cold or cold to hot or rainy to not rainy, from not rainy to rainy, from rainy to dusty, you know, say. [00:02:22] So you gotta dress accordingly, okay? And also, if you're gonna be traveling outside the U.S. i'm. I'm focused on the U.S. because that's where I'm at. You know, whether you travel in the EU or the UK or Australia, all my friends out there, you know, y' all be safe as well. I focus on the US because that's where I'm at, okay? [00:02:48] So be safe. All of y'. All, be safe. [00:02:51] If you're going to be traveling in the area that you're not familiar with the culture or the language, do your research, be diligent and at least trying to learn the basic greetings, you know? [00:03:09] You know, try. You know what I'm saying? And then use Google Translate. [00:03:15] That's what I do. [00:03:17] Google Translate. [00:03:20] All right? [00:03:21] Because, you know, I want to hear about your trip, how great and awesome it was. [00:03:28] Yeah, I want to hear about it, okay? [00:03:31] And so do your due diligence in that respect. Be respectful, be kind. You know, kindness. Go a long way. All right? [00:03:43] And remember that you're awesome. And being awesome, you have responsibilities, all right? [00:03:50] All right. [00:03:52] So, yeah, be. Be careful in your travels. Be diligent in your travels. Be. [00:03:59] Sometimes you have to keep your head on the swivel. You have to be aware of your surroundings and all of that, okay? So be safe. [00:04:07] Do your research, you know, understand what's going on and all that stuff like that. So they do have a travel advisory, I believe, Most countries have a travel advisory for their people or just in general, or both. [00:04:25] So check the travel advisory. [00:04:28] Understand the culture you're going in or going to, if there's, you know, that information out there, okay? So just be safe and have a good time. All right, so it's summertime, right? Well, it's not officially summer, I think, until like the 22nd or something like that. But the weather. [00:04:54] The weather is saying it's summertime, okay? [00:04:57] So I'm gonna be like, it's summertime, it's hot. It's summertime, it's hot. It's time to go to the pool, to the beach, to, you know, shower something, you know, and always, I always do a fitness in the summertime segment, and I usually start around January or February. [00:05:19] This year, I didn't really start until the end of March, so I started late. [00:05:26] My goal is always to lose weight and to maintain it perspectively. [00:05:33] Sometimes I fail, you know, and so I can have that beach body, right? [00:05:40] And what I'll do is I. I'll go to the gym, set up my gym routine, and focus on my fitness and doing it, you know, correctly and continuously, right? [00:05:56] And what I even. I tend to forget sometimes is how important the food that I intake in. And I should notice how much. How important the food is, you know, saying calories in, calories out. Okay? [00:06:14] And it has to be good calories, not empty calories, okay? [00:06:19] Not junk food, you know, because I will eat some junk food, okay? So I have to taper myself down and. And buckle down and focus in on eating healthy, quality food and have my junk food day. Even though most of the time my junk food day just kind of filtered to a junk food meal, whether it's burgers, fries, pizza, fries, salad. No, no, no, no. Junk food, junk food. [00:06:56] Chicken, fried chicken. All right? [00:06:59] So I want to encourage you that, you know, you could do it, too. [00:07:05] I have friends that they're trying to gain weight, you know, and that's their big obstacle. [00:07:10] You know, for me, it's losing weight. You know, they got a high metabolism and they can eat. [00:07:17] You know what I'm saying? And you can't even tell, like, wait a minute, how much food you ate, what, you know. [00:07:24] Yeah, I get it, but it's. That's not me, you know, saying I. I can, like, fast for nine months, finally get to my goal set, have one jelly bean and gain £3,000. [00:07:40] Like, oh, no. [00:07:42] But, you know, so I just want to encourage you and let you know that you could do it, too. Whether it's gaining weight, losing weight, chiseling up, toning up, you know, bulking up, you know, all of that. You could do it. You know, it's not going to be easy, especially if you love sweets like I do. Ice cream and cake. [00:08:06] Ice cream and cookies. [00:08:08] Ice cream and ice cream, you know, so, yeah, you could do it. You could do it. Don't let yourself be discouraged, okay? [00:08:21] A lot of times while we're going through it, you know, being disciplined, being relentless in our workout and our eating and knowing and understanding that food is a more important aspect of reaching our goals than workouts are. But the workouts does help a lot. Okay? [00:08:44] And cardio does not always mean running, but yeah, it is also. You could do it in many different forms. You can walk, you could play basketball or sports, soccer, whatever. [00:08:58] You can jog. You know, all of that is a part of your cardio process. Okay? [00:09:09] Dancing, I've seen a lot of people dance. You see how fit some dancers are. I'm like, even the, the, the chunky ones are like, fit. I'm like, whoa, okay. You know what I'm saying? Like, and they be dancing, you know what I'm saying? For hours. [00:09:27] I be catching a crap. Like, oh, okay, I'm gonna sit down now. [00:09:33] So I just want to encourage you to let you know that you could do it too, okay? [00:09:38] Just get out there, set that formula, you know, stay focused, stay determined, and get it done. You can do it. What happens a lot of times is because we don't see the, the progress, the, the, the, you know, the process of losing weight, you know, to us, we still look the same. But then when we talk to somebody who hadn't seen us in a little while, they're like, whoa, wait a minute, Isaac, you lost some weight there, buddy. I'm like, nah, man. I still look to say, no, no, no, no, for real. You know what I'm saying? [00:10:15] And what I would do is I'd take a picture at the beginning of where I first started and, and then like nine months in, I'm just throwing a number out there. [00:10:26] Six to nine months in, I take another picture, you know, knowing that I was diligent the entire nine months, not sitting on the couch the whole time. You know, diligent, working out, eating right, doing all of that. [00:10:40] And I look at myself again and I'm like, oh, okay. Look at the first picture where I first started. And look at my nine month picture. I'm like, oh, okay, I do. Yeah, I lost some weight. Okay, okay. I can see it because when we're doing it, we can't see it. We look like. Like the same, you know, saying it was like, I don't see no difference, you know, saying, I'm about to quit. But when we take the picture and look back at it, like, oh, okay, I see the difference. [00:11:12] You know what I mean? [00:11:14] So that's what it's all about, you know, and staying motivated is difficult because you're gonna have your time when you're not gonna want to go. You're gonna have your times where you can't go. [00:11:25] Now, if you can't go, then, you know, pick it back up when you can. But sometimes you can go and choose not to pick it back up the next day. Okay? Don't let that laziness kick in, you know, say, you know, you gotta kick that laziness, you know, say, all right, because it's your decision. At the end of the day, people can motivate you like I'm trying to do. People can inspire you, you know, even agitate you into, you know, work it out, into doing it. You know, all of us have our motivators. You know, sometimes motivators are seeing somebody else being able to do it that encourage us to do it. [00:12:12] Sometimes it's just having somebody tell us that we can do it. Other times it's somebody challenging us tell us you can't do it. You know, everybody have their own type of motivators, you know, saying, and I just want to let you know that you could do it. Okay? [00:12:32] Now, food is a big part of your fitness goals, you know, because what you eat is important and eating healthy and all that stuff like that. And for me, I have one fast food day, and on in that day, it really is only like a fast food meal, but I can choose whatever I want to eat in that day or for that meal, and that helps me stay motivated. [00:13:06] And also working out at the gym and. And being able to see the improvements of my hard work over time does motivate me. [00:13:19] And I believe that something along those lines should motivate you as well. So that's why I want to share it with you and let you know that you can do it. You can do it. You can do it too. [00:13:33] All right? [00:13:35] And, you know, so when you reach that goal, yeah, it's gonna feel so good. You're gonna be like, ah, I didn't know I could do it, but I did not suck it. [00:13:50] So just be encouraged and know that you could do it too. Okay? It's not gonna be easy. Never is you know what I'm saying? [00:13:59] So enjoy your summer. Enjoy your time. You know, I always going to be posting stuff and. And talking about my workouts and talking about, you know, whether I had to start again. Let's start again. [00:14:12] Again, again. Broken record again. [00:14:17] Again. [00:14:19] Oh, no. [00:14:21] But eventually you'll be like, oh, I. I made it. Don't. You know you made it, you know, so you know that you made it. When you are achieving those goals and you can set new goals for yourself. [00:14:41] Yeah, it feels good because you're like, okay, I did it. You know, And I'll be like, congratulations. [00:14:51] Absolutely. [00:14:53] Now, I have had some questions in regards to my album. [00:14:58] I've been working on it. [00:15:00] One of the songs I've been working on since 2020. I know it's 2026. It was supposed to be done six years ago. [00:15:10] It's finally almost done. [00:15:14] The album should be done this year. [00:15:17] I'm diligently working on it and it's in its final processes. [00:15:26] Once the album is done, I will get let y' all know on the release date and I will. [00:15:36] There's a few things I gotta do and. But I plan on doing different, like, you know, showcases and. And such like that so you can hear some of the songs and some of the people I work with and all that stuff like that. Now, some of the people I work with, surprisingly enough, they don't want the. [00:15:57] They don't want to be on. They want to sing on the album, but they don't want to be recognized on the album. I don't know. It was kind of weird, but I was like, fine, whatever. [00:16:07] But. So I just find Name It Isaac M and Friends. And I was just great to get together with these guys and be able to perform. And I plan on doing some live performances and such like that. And hopefully if you guys are in the area, y' all can come out and give a listen. And I might even set up a time where I could do it probably on like Tick Tock Live or something like that. [00:16:39] And there's a. [00:16:43] I'm trying to think where else I could do a Tick Tock and maybe even twitch and such like that, just to give, like, no different samples so y' all can hear different aspects of different songs from the album. [00:16:59] Right now I think it's gonna be maybe 12 songs, potentially 12 songs and some bonus songs, or maybe 10 songs and some bonus songs. I'm working out the details right now, and I'll keep you guys posted, but it should be out this year. Everything as of right now everything is on track to come out this year. [00:17:28] I want you guys to enjoy it and. And. And like the songs and such, and. And that's why I'm working so hard on it. [00:17:38] One of the songs, the one that I mentioned earlier, that I started back in 2020, was as a result of family members passing and such like that. And so it's a song of remembrance and honor and such like that. And I wanted to get it right, and that's why it's taking so long on that song. [00:18:04] I wanted to do it justice, you know what I'm saying? [00:18:07] And once it's done, I'll be more than happy to perform it live. And I'm also learning some other songs as well as my own. [00:18:24] I was like, I gotta practice my own songs, y', all, but having a good time. [00:18:32] Thank you so much for your support. [00:18:34] The JB and I show is a podcast, as well as a video that I post on, like, YouTube rumble and such like that. [00:18:47] So hello to all my podcast listeners out there. What's up? [00:18:55] Absolutely. [00:18:58] So, yeah, the album has been, you know, a long time coming. I've been working on it. I've been, you know, hashing it out. There were retakes and redos and double redos and triple retakes and stuff. So. [00:19:18] And I just, you know, I want to do a good job, and I want you guys to enjoy it. I want it to be like, you know, California Love. Tupac's California Love. You know, people still playing it to this day, you know, say, you know, and I really enjoy it, and I want y' all to enjoy it as well. Okay. [00:19:43] I'm dj, DJ Fire Hulk. [00:19:48] You can find me on the IME Iradio station. [00:19:56] You can find me on the IMEI radio station. I have two shows there. That's the Morning Rush. Oh, snap. Gotta get to work. [00:20:07] And the Afternoon Cruise. [00:20:14] Yeah, and those are the two shows that's on there. And the afternoon cruise usually start about 1 o', clock, and it runs from 1 to 3 o'. Clock. Ish. And the morning rush. I. It was starting at 3, but I changed the time to 6, so it run from 6 to 9, and I hope you guys enjoy it. [00:20:43] Those are two shows that I have there. Thank you so much for your support. So supporting the IMEI radio station, that really means a lot to me for just listening to the songs. That. [00:20:58] That means so much to me. It really does. And I. I do perform as a dj, so I will put out there, you know, where I'm gonna be at if y' all want to come and hear me spin some records. Well, it's not really records anymore, but you know what I'm saying? Mash up some music. [00:21:22] You know what I'm saying? [00:21:24] So, yeah, you know, thank you so much for your support. I really do appreciate each and every one of you guys. You are awesome. [00:21:34] Oh, yes, you are. [00:21:37] You are awesome. Yes, you are. [00:21:40] I'm Isaac M.
